AGILENT ADS AND EAGLEWARE USERS

For ADS2005A and above users, install Library Kit:-
A. Download Poly_Ads_linear for linear S parameter model library kit. Includes touchstone files and package layouts.
B. Download Poly_Ads_non-linear for non-linear spice model library kit. Includes package layouts.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:- ADS2005 and ADS2006 MOSN model simulates incorrectly when rd and/or rs values are less than or equal to 0.1 ohms. Consequently the "workaround models" need to be used. Please download these WorkAround files for affected transistors.


Example design file downloads for ADS:-

The data out template file, *.ddt, can be found in the data directory.
