install Library Kit:-
A. Download Poly_Ads_linear for linear
S parameter model library kit. Includes touchstone files and package layouts.
B. Download Poly_Ads_non-linear
for non-linear spice model library kit. Includes package layouts.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:- ADS2005 and ADS2006 MOSN model simulates incorrectly when rd and/or rs values are less than or equal to 0.1 ohms. Consequently the "workaround models" need to be used. Please download these WorkAround files for affected transistors.
