C. Download GaN_Ads_non-linear spice model files for Gallium Nitride transistors.
D. Download GaN_Ads_non-linear workspace spice model files for Gallium Nitride transistors. For ADS 2010 Windows7.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:- ADS2005 and above, MOSN model simulates incorrectly when rd and/or rs values are less than or equal to 0.1 ohms. Consequently the "workaround models" need to be used. Please download these WorkAround files for affected transistors.
